At QuantumBoltPC, we are committed to delivering your timepiece safely and efficiently, no matter where you are in the world. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, including the UK, Europe, North America, Asia, and select international regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom Royal Mail / DPD 2–4 business days
Europe DHL / UPS / Local Post 4–7 business days
North America FedEx / DHL 5–10 business days
Asia & Rest World DHL / EMS / Express 7–14 business days

Note: All orders include tracking.


4. Shipping Costs

  • UK orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package in real-time.


6. Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us immediately at shipping@quantumboltpc.com.


7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of order. QuantumBoltPC is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
