Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@quantumboltpc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA).


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


5. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange an exchange.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
