QuantumBoltPC offers domestic and international shipping for all orders. Whether you are purchasing a wristwatch for yourself or as a gift, we want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • Domestic Shipping (within the United States): We offer shipping to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday to Friday will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • International Shipping: QuantumBoltPC ships internationally to a range of countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be levied by their respective country upon arrival.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet the varying needs of our customers. Whether you need your watch fast or prefer a more economical shipping option, we have you covered.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic):

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
    • Cost: $6.99 for orders under $50, free for orders over $50

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic):

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
    • Cost: $15.99 for all orders

  • Overnight Shipping (Domestic):

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 business day
    • Cost: $29.99 for all orders

  • International Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)
    • Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and holiday schedules.

3. Order Processing

After your order is successfully placed, it will go through a processing phase before being shipped. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

At QuantumBoltPC, we take great care in packing your wristwatch securely for safe delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will process a claim and either replace or refund the damaged item.
